I saw Caroline from 20 weeks pregnant and after I had given birth and the help and advice she gave me was invaluable. Not only did she help me massively with PGP we then had a number of sessions after I gave birth to ensure I was as fit and well as could be.

My son has also been to see Kathryn on a couple of occasions and we really benefitted from the advice she gave us and she really put him at ease during the sessions which was great.

I have an extensive ankle injury history so have very particular requirements in what I'm looking for in a physio whenever it flares up. I sought Kathryn out after reading her history on the website and I was delighted with my choice. Friendly and knowledgable, Kathryn very quickly got me back on the right track in my rehab. We never advanced too quickly, nor did I ever feel like Kathryn was trying to elongate treatment unnecessarily, and my ankle very quickly recovered to a strong position. I have visited Caroline once in pregnancy and once post partum, the advice she has given me on both occasions has been so helpful! not only that she always puts me at ease and makes me feel so comfortable, her empathic and professional approach leaves me feeling confident and assured that everything is on the right track and gives me the tools I need to take home with me if needed. I have been very fortunate to have been treated by Caroline over the past few months for a lower back problem which initially caused me considerable pain and lack of mobility.  Her diagnosis was spot on and her treatment has been very effective and I am now back to normal. I was very impressed with her gentle, reflective and caring approach and  the lightness of her touch which nevertheless goes deep. Incredible! Had the best experience here at Valeside Physio Therapy . Caroline has helped me so much with my back and continues to help me, going out of her way to make sure i'm comfortable. I couldn't recommend her more, the best physio there is.
